What's the first step before the appointment?

What happens at the appointment and treatment?
​
During your appointment, we will outline the procedure in more detail and take photos to monitor the progress. We will review the indications, risks, benefits, and alternatives to treatment, and answer all of your questions.

Where can we do the treatments?
You can come to my work office location in Hillcrest, San Diego, or I can come to you for anti-wrinkle treatments and facial rejuvenation. I would prefer to do the microneedling & PRP treatments at our location, but we can arrange to do it at your location. There is no travel fee.

When do the effects start and how long do they last?
​
As most clients feel onset of Xeomin® within 3-7 days, I'll conduct a follow-up with you in one week to discuss your progress. At that time, we can always do a touch-up if desired.
​
The effects of the anti-wrinkle treatment will generally last 3.5-4 months. Individual results may vary.
​
Microneedling will take 1-2 weeks to induce collagenesis and can continue to stimulate collagen production for 6-9 months.

What to expect after the appointment?

I will provide you with post-treatment instructions which you can review at your convenience.

Wait at least 2 weeks after treatment to do any other facial treatment, to give it time to fully work.
​

Can I have Botox/Xeomin and Microneedling done at the same appointment?
​
Yes, it is possible to do most procedures in the same visit.
